This is a great article written by George Malkmus. I have been reading his books for years and until I was diagnosed with cancer myself in 2010, I didn’t take much heed to his advice. Now I am trying very hard to eat according to the Hallelujah Diet and all my bloodwork is returning to normal and things are going well for me. What Is Cancer?

“Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by out-of-control cell growth. There are over 100 different types of cancer, and each is classified by the type of cell that is initially affected. Cancer harms the body when damaged cells divide uncontrollably to form lumps or masses of tissue called tumors (except in the case of leukemia where cancer prohibits normal blood function by abnormal cell division in the blood stream).

“Cancer is ultimately the result of cells that uncontrollably grow and do not die. Normal cells in the body follow an orderly path of growth, division, and death. Programmed cell death is called apoptosis, and when this process breaks down, cancer begins to form. Unlike regular cells, cancer cells do not experience programmatic death and instead continue to grow and divide. This leads to a mass of abnormal cells that grows out of control.”

Where Does Cancer Originate?

Before we go any further in pursuing the subject of cancer or accepting medical treatments for cancer if we or a loved one has already been so diagnosed, we need to have an understanding of where cancer originates.

To do this we need to go back to the beginning – to where these physical bodies originated – back to creation.

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” (Genesis 2:7)

After God had created that first human body (Adam’s), and from Adam’s rib formed Eve, all future human physical life began at the cellular level. An egg cell from the mother and a sperm cell from the father were joined together at conception. These two cells began to rapidly multiply until an entirely new physical body had been formed.

These living cells are what the entire human physical body is comprised of. By the time a new physical body is fully developed, it has approximately 100 trillion living cells.

Once the body has been fully formed and reached its full complement of cells, this extremely rapid proliferation of cells is designed to cease according to God’s design. From here on and for the rest of that person’s life, these cells are designed to orderly replace approximately 300 million of the old cells with 300 million new cells every minute of every day for the rest of a person’s life.

God, in His infinite wisdom, made these bodies of ours to constantly be in the process of renewal and regeneration – replacing old cells with new cells in an ORDERLY fashion.

However, the quality of the new cell replacing the old cell is totally dependent on the building materials available to it as it dies and replaces.

Providing quality building material for these living cells as they die and replace should be of highest priority for each of us, because this is something God has given us total control over.

That’s right; the quality of the new cell replacing the old cell is determined by us, not by God, our doctor, nutritionist, nor by anyone else!

Cancer in most instances is simply the end result of reaping what we have been sowing, something most people have total control over. Here is how the Bible says it:

“Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (Galatians 6:7) “And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:2)

What We Eat and Drink Determines Cell QualityThe key to quality of life and length of life is what we place into our bodies for nourishment each and every day of our life, along with the exercise our body receives. Most of us have total control over what we eat and how much we exercise!

In order to maintain a healthy body, we must realize that the quality of the new cell that is replacing the old cell is totally dependent on the building materials we provide it as it dies and replaces.

Poor building material produces a weaker cell than the one it is replacing – while quality building material produces a superior cell.

To gain a better understanding of how God intended us to nourish these living cells we need to go back to the first two chapters of Genesis. There we see that after God had created Adam (See Genesis 1:27 and Genesis 2:7), He placed him in a Garden (See Genesis 2:8-9), and told him what to eat in Genesis 1:29:

“AND GOD SAID, Behold, I have given you every herb (vegetable) bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat (FOOD).” (Genesis 1:29)

Now comes something of extreme importance – these garden foods were RAW – they were in their LIVING form, and contained their full complement of enzymes.

It is worth noting that all animal creations of God in the wild, since creation to this present day, whether vegetarian or carnivorous, instinctively consume their food in its natural, raw, LIVING, enzymatically alive form, as served up by God in nature.

Sadly, most of mankind has lost this natural instinct. Rather than consuming food in its raw state as God intended, today we cook most of our foods before consuming them.

In addition, man has added numerous non-garden foods to his diet (animal flesh and dairy) along with refined sugar and grains and a vast array of toxic chemicals.

Wrong Fuel Produces Progressively Weaker Cells
Continuing to consume a diet comprised primarily of dead food, along with non-garden foods and toxic chemicals, results in a slow degeneration and deterioration of the cellular structure of the entire body.

The longer a person remains on this toxic and primarily dead food diet, the greater the breakdown of the entire cellular structure of the body.

Since I was first told I had cancer in 1976, I have been researching this subject. And friend, after over 35 years of research, I have boiled it down to this simple explanation of just what cancer is:

Cancer is nothing more, nor less, then cells multiplying out of control! No matter what name the medical community gives it (they have over 110 different names for cancer depending upon location), all cancer cells are merely maverick, out of control, misbehaving cells, behaving in a way God never intended. And there is a reason why:

What is the Immune System?
“The immune system is the body’s defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. Through a series of steps called the immune response, the immune system attacks organisms and substances that invade body systems and cause disease. The immune system is made up of a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect the body. The cells involved are white blood cells, or leukocytes, which come in two basic types that combine to seek out and destroy disease-causing organisms or substances. . . .”

God gave each one of us an immune system to protect us from germs, viruses, bacteria, misbehaving cells, maverick cells, cancer cells, and so much more. However, when our immune system is not kept strong through proper nourishment and consistent bodily exercise, our immune system fails to protect us as God designed.

It is imperative that we remember our immune system is comprised of living cells, just like the entire rest of our body, and just like every other cell in our body, the quality of the new immune system cell replacing the dying immune system cell is totally dependent on the building materials we provide it as it dies and replaces.

When we get sick or experience cancer, it is not God’s fault!

In most instances, it is our own fault, due to our failure to properly nourish our cells as they die and replace, and our failure to maintain a strong and protective immune system.

5 Essentials to Health

Without any of these Essentials, you are unable to live a long, healthy and fulfilled life that you are meant to live. Each of these Essentials work together to keep your cells in optimal shape and your body functioning at its highest levels. If you only focus on one of these essentials, such as exercise, you are leaving out other core elements that keep your body healthy.

While each of the 5 Essentials may make sense to you at a high level, there are many things that you may not know. Get to know each of the following essentials and understand how they all work together and need to be practiced from the moment you wake up until the time you go to sleep each night.
Essential 1: Maximized Mind
A Maximized Mind encompasses areas such as time and stress management, improving your relationships with others, and making sure that you get adequate amounts of sleep. Working on all of these area’s help to improve a negative attitude and help your overall peace and well-being from within yourself. The right, renewed mindset about life and health are necessary in order to commit to following any lifestyle plan.
Essential 2: Maximized Nerve Supply
Nerve supply is the life supply to all cells, organs, and systems in the body and so is responsible for all function and healing. Improper spinal alignment is common and likely to happen due to the amount of physical, emotional, and chemical stress you apply to your body every day so must be addressed as the foundational part of living at your health potential.
Essential 3: Maximized Quality Nutrition
What you put into your body affects how you feel each and every day. Food is the fuel that your body needs to continue to power and heal itself on a daily basis. Diets that are high in carbohydrates, have pH or omega-3 imbalances or are nutrient deficient, have negative effects not only on your body, but can create a lot of symptoms such as depression, brain fog, stress and fatigue.
Essential 4: Maximized Oxygen and Lean Muscle
Exercise allows your body to take in higher levels of oxygen and creates lean muscle that keeps both your body and mind healthy. Studies have shown that exercise consistently match or exceed the benefits of antidepressants. This is your opportunity to decrease fat and increase lean muscle tissue.
Essential 5: Minimized Toxins
Toxins and chemicals surround us in our everyday lives and are included in items such as medications, refined foods, household cleaners and the items we cook with! Each of these toxins affect our bodies in a negative way and inhibit us from functioning at optimal levels.

Encouragement in time of Need

We all sometimes need a true word of encouragement in the time of need. Today was one of those kinds of days. While out in town I met a man who needed encouragement re his recent divorce. Then later at home I spoke with a lady regarding her similar health restoration needs. Then a good friend of mine text me and encouraged me tonight re my ouwn health. When you are going thru a really heavy trial re your health it seems that the enemy (satan) speaks in your ears, fear, despair, hopelessness, and other negative thoughts.

But, then God is so good to send a Christian witness to encourage and lift your spirit and give you new and fresh hope. I am so thankful for that. The Lord desires to restore our body, soul and mind.

The best encouragement can be found in the Bible. I recommend posting them throughout your house and workplace to remind you of God’s promises of healing. There are so many healing scriptures and testimonies of people with very difficult diseases and they were ALL healed. Even the dead were raised.

It is our faith tha makes us whole. Fear is so debilitating and crippling, and it usually shows up at night. The Bible says perfect love cast out all fear. So many verses address fear. The goal is to have faith and not fear.

My prayer is that you will be encouraged and look unto Jesus for your health to be restored. May you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers.
